    Hello everyone,

I have a question, as a newbie to affiliate marketing and CPA. Is it possible to modify or customize a CPA survey (email/zip submission) to match your website content (and have the same information submitted to the CPA network/advertiser)? I have a Christian website and have not had much luck in finding "Christian" or "faith-based" surveys, etc. If I were able to have this type of survey, then it would be much easier to get more surveys completed. Or is it possible to have a script, etc. made that would take the information from a Bible trivia quiz, for example, and input the required information for the advertiser into the survey from the CPA network?

I am not sure if I am explaining myself very well or not. But here is an example of a marketing quiz I found online the other day. Would it be possible to create something like this and use it as the CPA survey?

Thanks for any and all help!

It's not possible to adjust CPA surveys to your liking, without having the advertiser directly change it. However, advertisers create surveys which will help them profit, and that are directly targeted towards whatever product(s) they're trying to promote. However, there are many Christian/religious type offers around. You should consider some sort of Christian dating offer, as these tend to do particularly well.

    Hope this helps.

Why don't you create your own survey and then capture the email address and do some email marketing. Places like surveymonkey.com and zapsurvey.com allow you to create free surveys. Once you have their email address you can really start building a relationship with your users. From there you can find out exactly what they want and then start pushing the offers.
