I am using CPA to connect to a form to submit information in a html page. The head includes the CPA gateway code and my header image and then the body includes the form, yet the gateway is still not working. Can somebody help? Will send the page.
Go over your code once more and make sure there are no typos and the tags are properly closed. You also mentioned that your header image is in the <head> tag ..? All visible content on the page should be in the <body> tag
