CPA Facebook fan page template?

I have 2 huge facebook fan pages with 300k+ and 400k+ subscribers. Wanted to monetize it using CPA (Maxbounty, etc).

Any idea how to do this? Not sure where to hire people who can create CPA-Optimized facebook fan page templates (can be incentives)

Wow, you can make a lot of money with your fan pages. But first you need to make sure that the cpa offers allows social media traffic.
