I am looking for some help in setting up a new website that will offer users the chance to win a prize in return for completing one of my CPA offers. They will land on the website and will be forced to fill in a survey / do one of the CPA offers, before their name is entered into the hat. One person will win the prize. I have little knowledge of CPA schemes, so am looking for someone to help me. I am not looking for a business partner, but someone to guide me through the coding etc, so that the site is set up to task, and recommend the best CPA website to go with.
