Hey hqBuyer, aren't you Savoy Sison from zamambo.com... the x-affiliate we recently booted for breaking our terms by spamming MySpace numerous times?

Would you like us to post the referral URLs from your traffic which specifically resulted in your termination? We emailed them to you, so this info should be readily handy, but perhaps your need to bitch has clouded your memory.

Gotta love this. A spammer gets caught breaking the rules, and HE bad mouths us!

There was a point where we didn't deny MySpace traffic. Perhaps we were naive to think that some publishers would either simply place ads in their own MySpace profile, or buy media direct from MySpace. Sadly for every affiliate doing it right, twenty others were spamming. So we made the announcement to affiliates months ago, more than once, and duplicated our announcement on message boards, that we specifically no longer accept MySpace traffic.

Most affiliates followed the rules and complied, but some didn't - I presume blinded by the revenue - and we boot these affiliates as we catch them. I'm sorry you got caught Savoy, but you were breaking the rules by spamming MySpace and we gave everyone ample warning.

I hope you learned your lesson and stick with legit methods of traffic generation.

When you say you don't allow Myspace traffic, does this mean you cannot promote the sales on Myspace or you cannot promote the site?

I was approved with Maxbounty last night and am working on a Myspace Targetted site and my traffic will be from Myspace does this break your ToS?

What I mean is that you should not use MaxBounty ads in your profile, or distrube them through bulletins. The only way you could have a MaxBounty ad directly on MySpace would be if you purchase advertising from them.

Yep, the Google CPA program is already out, but is in Beta stages for testing. It is only currently available in the US so I can join which is a shame, but then you can't have it always.

    I agree with him.

    Support sucks.

Missing credit reports are supposed to be approved in about 7 days but it seems that's not the case.

Payments - CB claims Net15. Haven't got it yet so can't say, but its not Net15. Not even Net30. Maybe Net45 or so.

This is not professional and should be a breach of your privacy policy.

I would never do business with a company that posts private information of their members on a public forum.

of come on. he tries to badmouth and disrespect a company that he tried to cheat. he breached any contract he had with them when he screwed up, so privacy is a privilege of the players, not the losers.

    NO!!!

A privacy policy is a privacy policy now and in the future whether he is a current user, no longer a member, an idiot, etc.

BBB will have a legitimate companies a** for this kind of thing as they rightly should.

There is No disputing this. :)

I'm with CPA Empire and I'm earning around $70 / day with them (now, at least).

The first couple days were great, leads came flowing in. The next few days my links screwed up (my bad, I *think*) and I earned nada. The last 3 days I've earned consistently more every day.. $70 the first day, $80 the next, and $85 yesterday.. So far so good !

    Hello Buddy
I have been working with cpaempire as well and got similar reservations sometimes. I have not seen any answer to the fact depicted on shortnews.com

    --------------------------------

    CPA Empire Caught Stealing Traffic

The affiliate network CPA Empire was caught stealing traffic yesterday, according to one of its affiliates and the affiliate news blog Affiliate News Press. The company allegedly cloned one of its affiliate landing pages in order to steal traffic.

The affiliate had signed up for CPE and was promoting an offer for beauty products via a custom landing page and was making over $1000 a day. Soon after, his conversions dropped and he was told the advertiser wanted him to stop promoting.

He then discovered via a Google search that someone had cloned his landing page. There's where his traffic went! Upon viewing the html he discovered that CPAE was responsible and was trying to cover it up, costing him thousands of dollars.

    -------------------------------

Im looking for some company rep to come forward and try to explain this and assure us that they are doing a fair business.

    Regards,
    M. Usman
