What are my options if I want to advertise on a CPA basis, any ad networks?, I believe azoogle is there but it pays for generating leads and not actually sales,?

What about networks like shareasale, some information there for you.

They allow merchants to set the sort of way they want to pay affiliates. This means you can either pay your affiliate per click, lead or sale. If you only want to pay your affiliates when they generate a sale for you then this network has that option. In fact it's one of the best networks I have worked with from a publishers side. They also allow you to create and offer your affiliates many creatives including datafeeds which are good for large product sites that need datafeeds to populate them.
