CPA networks dont always approve you.

Anyways, I use these guys and I got approved without phone calls and stuff

 

Doing this will eventually get your account banned and you will be blacklisted on EVERY network. Its fraud.. don't do it.

 

I agree with the opinions of thefreebielife. we must learn how to approve all network.

 

If your site is good enough to make money, then surely you will get approved by all networks. If you are going with any 'brokers',then you will get banned and your IP will be stored in their database. These kind of people are using some illegal ways like applying for your account from another country etc
