CPA affiliate programs that offer co-registration offers..

    I am about to start an interesting newsletter for a niche..

    I want to know if there are cpa affiliate programs

    which have co-registration offers..

    for example when a visitor wants to subscribe to my newsletter he she also automatically or by checking option buttons are registered to cpa offers.. and i get paid..

    which cpa network have more programs like this..

    or is it possible to do it with email submit cpa offers from any network.. by adding code and give the visitor an option to submit his email for another offer also? please guide how to do it..

    i dont want cj.com .. or the big brothers like azoogleads

    This may help you out. Although I don't think it mentions in any of the listings in that url or it may just mention 1 or 2 networks that offer it, I think it would probably be better to clickthru to some of the cpa networks and see if it mentions it on their site and if not maybe contact them as I know that a few had it and I didn't mention anything about it in their listings. Not all of the networks offered coreg but there was a handful as far as I can remember.
