    For the right price i would sell the site and master rights to the script and add on covers:

    After the sell i will deleted the script and cover addon on at my script store http://unikscripts.com

    Site makes 3 to 4 sell per month average of $100 for the past 7 months

    I used to sell the script at 49.99 and now it's at 39.99 for the past 30 days

    adsense is around 0.20 per day

    Why i want to sell it?

    I want the money to promote my other site http://rapidworkers.com
