Hi, i have a mortgage website that I have been promoting through Adwords. I have had over 200 click throughs but only 3 conversions. For me, a conversion is simply filling out the online form. The first thing that anyone would say is that there has to be something wrong with your website. I have a template, sort of a cookie cutter website. The website has 6 pages, and was created by both website and mortgage professionals. If I say so myself, it is a very nice site, but since it is a template I can't change any of the source code, mainly the keywords, but that wouldn't have any bearing on Adwords. There are about 5 keywords in the tags that are useful to me. So last week I manually submitted my site to 200 directories using the keywords that I had, and the results have been very disappointing. Neither Alexa or SEO Power Suites Rank Tracker show the site with any backlinks. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! -cinque88
