Coveraction pro error! Win a backlink

i'm issuing an error with coveraction pro.
When i chose my design, and click on the action "Step 1", it creates my cover.
Then, "Step 2" (the one that transforms the plain image into a "3d" ebook) works only if i don't edit the image at all!

Cause when i start to edit some text layers and then chos "step 2", it first says:
The command CUT is currently unavailable

and after that, it mentione other commands.

So, i can't have my cover.

What's wrong?
Anyone is using it? Does it work? If yes, can a poor soul do it for me? I already have the plain ebook made with coveraction.

Which action are you trying to use? Also, which version of Photoshop is it for?

i'm using Photoshop CS2.

I hope you understood me. It's only when i try to edit it, that it doesn't work.
If i leave it with its default design, everything's created ok
