I have said it before, US politicians would not let that happen because they do not want to be held accountable in a court of law for doing a bad job. The precedent it would set for future presidents would be dangerous to the office. Your best bet to see Bush and CO tried for war crimes is in a foreign country and I seriously doubt any of them would actually go through with it.
