    I am looking for ideas for a local coupon website. I search for several hours for ideas but i just saw a few cheap scripts. This is for LOCAL business!

    If you know a COOL coupon site please let me know.

    (something that allows you to easy post you business coupon online)

    Yea, I agree. WordPress would be just right for this, and if you're looking to pull in coupons from RSS then WordPress should be just right.
