You should pay attention for what you are asking. Most coupon scripts don't offer the option for user to add stores. This is done only by the admin. So quite impossible to do it. If you are listed then most sites offer the option to post coupons ... but this will be subject to admin approval. For the directory shopping listing ... this can be done.
