Well yes... although my bookshelf contains quite a lot of them to suggest. Perhaps I'll list some on my website and let you guys check them out from there.

    great post.
I agree with everything you say. especially the part about failing and trying again.
you have to kiss a lot of toads before you find a prince! how you deal with failure determines whether you will succeed.

    On this point:
I've recently read 'How to Get Rich' by Felix Dennis - it's a great book and very different from the other 'self help' books that are out there. This is most definately NOT a self-help book - it's down to earth stuff - go out and do it stuff :)

Put this on my book recommendations list... thanks for the tip.

I recently read Ready, Fire, Aim by Michael Masterson - definitely recommend it for any business.

Oh yes, this was also recommend by somebody else. Now added this to the list. Thanks.

Of well... I suppose we can some more books. Rich Dad, Poor Dad (+ Cashflow Quadrant book) were pretty good. Even though they probably aren't 100% fact (more like fiction :)) they still make good stories & lessons to use.

Well, there's some mentioned already. If you want to simply "test the waters" then I recommend picking up some niche and working on it. Set up a website or something, and start acting on it. Read these forums and see how others are doing.

    Game producer,
Your topic's interesting for me. And after it reading I understood the marketing business is not for me. Sorry, but this seems a hell work. I'm not ready to this:
    - they try
    - they fail
    - they try again
    - they fail
    - they try, try, try
    - they fail, fail, fail
    - they try as long as it takes.
Because I think life is no long thing. Of course, it's just my opinion.

    Thanks MOG

Well... it won't get any easier on other business areas ;)

Besides - the thrill of succeeding after failing makes you wanna do more of it.
