    Hello all,

Couple of questions that i need expert opinions on please.

I have a site where i would like to list software titles/books/tools etc...

    What i want to know,

if i go to a site and see a usefull "item" can i use the description they use or do i have to reword it.

This, lets say has no copyright/legal notice or anything like that can i use there "words" ?

    Thanks for looking,
    Stevie.

in the far majority of cases you cannot legally do this. lots of people do it, but that doesn't mean it's legal.

a copyright notice isn't required to hold a copyright on your IP.

Disgust is right... they don't have to put a copyright notice to have their descriptions protected. Just write your own, or hire someone to do it for you, to be safe.
