I have been creating 4 main websites which centralizes all the services offered by the company into one website.

I have the services posted on following domain types:
    .com domain
    .co.uk domain
    .com.au domain
    .in domain

I wont be re-writing content for each of my website with different domain names which is having same sections and pages on each pages.

Is there any option via 301,302,303 redirects or making any changes anywhere in robots.txt which can keep all the content common on website (with having city and related content changed in the whole content region so as to make it country specific)

Can someone let me know solution for such situations? Since, I dont want my websites to get into duplicate content/supplemental index area on Google.

While searching for an answer on google I found, this website having similar content and is uniquely indexed on Google:

    http://www.bruceclay.com/
    http://www.bruceclay.co.uk/
    http://www.bruceclay.com.au/
    http://www.bruceclay.co.za/

Can someone please guide a way to solve this problem?
