Country + Fantasy Pics

    Hi guys,
    For my new mmorpg coming out soon, I have different countries in it and was wondering if you could give me some pointers as to what effects I could use on photoshop to make each one. They will be futuristic. How could I make it look cartonny look neopets? lol :p

    That would probably have been made on flash, but if you wanted to do it on photoshop you could use the pen tool and fill with block colours. Try looking for vectoring tutorials.

    Yeah it is, probably one of the hardest aspects of photoshop.

    You can do vectors in flash. It's actually the simplest tool to make vectors with since flash has the magnetic tool to align strokes.
