Does anyone know where I can find script to make a web counter site? Like statcounter.com or free-counters.co.uk.
You might find a number of counter script on hostscripts.com but do not expect them to be like statcounter. Small scripts works well for small sites, but if you want to have stats for medium-big sites(millions of page views a month), none of the free/cheap softwares will be enough. Actually generating graphs etc. from millions of page view information is not a simple job. To create such a service for free, you will need a HIGH quality program, designed and tested with huge data. Not sure any such readymade service is available. Bottom line is counter/ststas software is easy, doing the same for huge data is a very tough task. Making a scalable, high quality software is not easy and going to cist you a lot of money.
