Couldn't find PayPal API - Indian User

    It would need to either be a personal premier or business account. PayPal stopped allowing normal personal accounts access to the API.

    Another problem with Indian PayPal user is :
    when you receive payments, it is automatically withdrawn to bank account - daily. We(Indians) cannot pay with PayPal balance.
    In that case, how will 30%(DP share) Money taken from my PP account if my Credit card is not linked ?
