i am a little confused though i know what are they .so could you tell mw what is the relationship between alexa rank and google page rank? do alexa ram effect the page rank? or page rank effect alexa rank?

Both are indepentent ranking systems.

Alexa is not that stable though. It can be easily controlled by the public or site owner and google pagerank is chosen by google itself.

 

I would think googling for it would give you your answers. First, neither have much weight as far as your site goes. In broad terms, PR is suppose to tell you how popular your site is (based on backlinks) and Alexa is suppose to tell you how much traffic you get compared to other sites. At one time PR was a biggie but lost its luster. I never remember Alexa ever being taken seriously by webmasters.

 

They are not related whit eachother in anyway , also the Alexa rank i not something you can really on .

 

Not related top each another through any ways. Alexa is stupid and i never look into it.

 

Both Alexa and Google PR are different.....
both use different method to determine the site ranked....
and there are not related to each other...

 

One gives lousy rank.
And the other gives lousy rank.
