    The lastest pr update,our site is still 3, i do not know why,in my opinion.the pr is relativity with backlinks,right?
    And what will affect pr?Could you tell me?

    What was was your pr before update. did you link to banned site. How many backlinks do you have?

    You will have to build some quality backlinks (preferably related to your niche) to get some PR juice to your website and you can some some changes by the next pr update.

    linking to banned sites infects your pr really badly and linking to pr0 sites is not advisable

    PR all depends on quality backlinks. Get backlinks from pages that themselves have a high PR, this will help your site to improve its PR.

    Feel proud that your PR remained unchanged while many people lost the PR for no fault of theirs. It is thought that getting do follow, one way backlinks from high PR sites will boost your PR but it still remains a mystery about their effectiveness.

    Backlink counts if its from high PR or low PR.
    if you need PR6 for standard 5 pages site you may only need one PR8 but need to have thousands of PR1 links to get PR6.
    I personally prefer many related links with average PR as that counts as your backlinks as well and helps you in SERPS as well.
