Could you tell me to which city this phone number belongs? [UK]

Hi Guys,
Unfortunately I've been scammed by someone who claims he lives in London. I just have his phone number but it seems the number is not located in London geographically. The phone number is 0044 20812394xx . I removed the last two digits cause I am not sure if putting someone's phone number here is against the rules or not.

I would be thankful if you tell me to which city this phone number belongs.

Yes, but he doesn't answer the phone.
Unfortunately he made me to raise a complaint against him. I hope they get and send him to jail cause if they don't he would scam some other people too.
