I would put a set of footer links at the bottom of each page. This will help increase your sites linking structure for users and search engines. Also, try engaging your visitors more. Maybe a poll, or a blog talking about why they should donate (ie: IPTVs are awesome, you'll use it help others). Good luck!
Sure thing. It looks like you're using a CMS. If using WordPress try out some fun widgets. This is an easy way to try some things out.
I think with gray background and gray in the header is a little too much gray. I suggest changing that gray header color.
