Could you please show me a very nice and simple Template?

Hi there,
I will be participating in a local contest soon. Could you please show me a very nice and simple template which can be made in one hour? It would be better if tutorial is also with it. Is it possible to code a nice page without using CSS? I heard that CSS is not allowed in the final round.

Is the contest a design contest or an HTML coding one?
If it's a design contest, just make your design into a JPG, put it in the background and put your content over it. You're done.
If it's an HTML contest (without CSS) use a tutorial from the w3c or run a search for html tutorial.

 

But I guess if it is a contest for designing a site then they wouldn't stop you using CSS as that would just get people using too many tables for layout...
