Cool site. I actually had this idea a while back but never did it. Cool idea with cool content.

Things that could be better:
The layout is a little boring, try to make it look a little more...spiffy?
Downloading videos to the hard-drive is a thing of the past. I suggest hosting the videos on Google Video. That way you will have a flash player with free hosting and Google Video will double as a traffic generator. When people go to your video on Google Video they will see your link and click it.

I would try not to use so many different colors for your font. Try to keep a consistent look.

 

I agree, you need to keep your fonts consistant. Also, try adding a different BG color behind your header's text so they're not mixed it w/ the links.

 

Top background change to another one.. Darkred ?

Site concept is great .. i have bookmarked it .. would like to get some good web2 kinda User Interface with few colors...

site seems very slow .. server side scripting or database structure can be the reason !!
