Could you make this a Sticky thread please for the Domains section?

Regarding Trademark domain names, there is some absolutely dreadful advice being bandied around in the General Domain Forum regarding the issue of registering trademarked domain names.

To save everyone any confusion on the issue, is it possible for you to make this thread into a Sticky, so that it resides at the top of this forum please?

I think this would be a very responsible thing for the Admin and Mods here at DP to do.

Would you please consider it for the overall benefit of everyone?
