Meetbro is right. In fact, you can offer by buy signatures from other forums right from here and get decent replies. You can even request by niche, even if that niche is not SEO/Webmastering.
My niche is accounting service, company formation, business start up. I cannot find suitable links. How do you think signatures help me?

You may find there are a few members here that have accounts in such places, as you are not too terribly far off from such sites here (depending on forum). Even sigs on DP could help you, should they be in the correct forums, such as General Business or maybe even Legal Issues. I post mostly in directories, google, and here in Link Development, so a sig from someone like me would not help all that much... but still, I have sold links for sigs in other forums then this one, at this one.
