Could you get me to page 1 for this keyword

i sell industrial floor paint in the UK

and currently sell through advertisements in papers and going door to door

anyway i was thinking about expanding onto the internet to increase my sales and exposure.

and i dont know much about SEO getting backlinks etc -- i really just do affilaite marketing

now im wondering if someone could get me to page 1 on google for either the search term - Floor Paint Or Industrial Floor Paint.
If you could do this im wondering how much you would charge for such a service.
And id pay after i reach page 1 and not untill then
