Could you get banned from adsense if banned from digg!!

Is this a joke? They are not related in any way, just like Digg and AdSense.

There is no relationship between digg and adsense.... matter of fact.. there is no relationship between and social media site and any of the advertising sites..... i am banned on digg for last one yr and my adsense account is working till date.
