Is it normal for Twitter to be offline this much? If not, it is probably my fault, since every time I join something new it usually shuts down soon afterwards Like if there was a park that I never went to for years, the second I begin going to that park they have to shut it down. Or when I began shopping at a mall that has been around forever, got destroyed by a record breaking flood a month later. Same applies to Twitter, now I joined it and see Twitter over capacity messages.
twitter does have the occasional problem with getting over capacitated but luckily it usually only lasts a minute or two. Just refresh the page and it usually fixes it...
