Oh, well, the whole page was just plain white, so I put up a quick background. I'll change it later on when I have some time, but It does look much nicer now than how it did before

 

Give it a plain grey background and we're back in the 80's. Standard border tables and grey backgrounds

 

You did a friendly layout, no doubt. My eyes are old and tired. I'm sure glasses would help!
