Good content and information about Nepal...
... but ... that's all (it's only mine view)
Negative 1: too many adsense ads (i understand that you have aim earn money)
Nagative 2: pop up with affiliate link - you have informative site but not games or funny site.
Negative 3 (but maybe good way to earn money ) : fake pages with information about travel tours but without links to contact information to order tours/or contact companies.

My review Rates:
Site for surfers searching useful information - 3/10 points
Site for Adsense earning - 10/10 points

Well..on the whole...its ok..it would be good if the left-side menu is more general and short..

very informative site with lots of advertisements.

 

The flying flag looks very nice but the text font and table colour is not so good, so change the font and table colour. Nothing is displayed in the right hand side, so make right hand side menu and fill up with some good content. Then it would be O.K

 

Since this is a AdSense target site, I would sya the ad placement is perfect. The color combination is also fine. I would suggest to include a search box above the fold. Your site is content rich therfore, could easily rank well with some efforts.

A good site with all information about Nepal, but I think the site will be more informative, if you tell about yourself with an ‘About Us’ page.

and if you want to earn some try to add an affiliate for hotel and travel booking.

 

nepal has many tourist attractions,use that in home page,most probably tourism will more attractive the images than the content.
