    wow, that is annoying.

    he should get banned since that makes his ad near images sometimes! :p

    Dude, people won't even be able to click on his ads, because as soon as you scroll down, the ads go down, so you won't be able to click them. So I don't think that's a smart idea.

    It depends on the whim of google god, I know webmaster with such stuff not banned for a year, even though many people had reported to google adsense.
