    pretty creative and clever but yet annoying. If it stayed at the bottom and didnt move. That would be less annoying.

    I don't think that it will make conversion higher. I think he might get in trouble for not displaying the ads properly since only the first line is visible until you scroll and even then you can't read it cause it moves around so much. Not very smart.

    I think that someone needs to explain to him that you only make money when people can see the ads. If he wants to hide them he should just take them down altogether. This site comes first for 'Idiots Of Google Adsense Hall Of Fame'.

    At least if the ad appeared completely when you point your mouse over it, it wouldn't be as annoying...

    What the site owner is doing is exactly the contrary, so chances are they will get banned.
