Could this get me banned?

    Greetings,

I'm a bit worried about the status of my digital point account. I made an auction with a BIN for full rights to my script. I then mentioned in the thread that I would instead be selling copies of the script and am no longer interested in selling full rights. I've sold a few copies, but today somebody said that they bought it for the BIN (no money paid, just click Buy It Now). Here's our conversation:

Worse you should get is a maybe a negative itrader. Read the FAQ for the forum, DP doesn't get involved in disputes over transactions. Were he came up with the "its a contract" is a mystery. Just reread the FAQ and it has zilch about transactions. But if you check under the Premium Membership,

Mediation of "deals gone bad" within Buy/Sell/Trade if both parties are premium members.

That alone should suffice to say they don't bother with BST deals otherwise.

Thanks for the response. Yeah, he didn't pay anything so I don't think he should even be aloud to leave iTrader. We didn't really make a deal, he just clicked "buy it now."

I agree, but I'm not sure how that works with DP's rules. By him clicking that button he was agreeing to pay and the only criteria for itrader is that both parties be involved in the transaction on the specific thread. He could leave neg itrader and use the "I clicked the buy it now" button to show he had intention of paying. That part's pretty vague as far as the rules go.

Alright, thanks for the information! I'm pretty new to these forums and I only sort of skimmed through the rules and added some common sense.
