The situation is as follows: I have a site that sells web templates (site X). These site provides reselling possibilities for its partners. The terms of reselling program are so that every reseller partner site (site Y) could use any of the material from the main site (site X), even its design. One day one of the reseller partners created its partner site (site Y) on which he simply loads main site (site X) in the frame with addition of his partner id to it, so that there are two similar looking sites with different domain names. Questions: 1. Can it some how harm the main site (site X)? 2. Will google penalize one of the sites for that? 3. Can it some how harm the main site brand? Best regards.
