Google's DCs may still have your site pages cache so people still can find your site from search engines.

But if your site headers can not be accepted by tools to be checked, it means some bots may not be able to crawl your site.

It could mean your site is in the risk of loosing index or banning soon or latter.

To see if a website is banned from Google or not, you just need to see if it's indexed. For that, use site: command. Like this:

site:http://codefusionlab.co.cc/

you can check your self this just write site: url
you will get all of your pages
