Could someone please take a second and create a watermark image for me?

Hello, I suck when it comes to graphics :) Could anyone create a png with the dimensions of 160w X 50h (doesn't have to be exact, any size around there) that displays the text LocalKnown.com in a clear yet highly readable text with a transparent background? You can choose any color or style you think will look good as long as it looks smooth without jaggy edges. It will be used as a watermark over existing images so it shouldn't dominate the picture but be visible at a glance. Thanks!

Like this? ( You can't really see it on a light background, here's a slightly less transparent version )

The problem is not with the PNG that I made but the way that you're overlaying it onto the image, I think

Hi kazimn for some reason the image is completely blank on my end? Perhaps the tinypic url has something to do with it? Can anyone else see it? I tried viewing in fireFox and IE but there is nothing there.

Ok even though it is invisible when viewing directly, I can see the image when it is watermarked. Thanks guys.
