Could someone please help me edit this photo a bit?

So, on this picture, see my shirt? It's supposed to be black and white, but the white on it looks a bit yellow-ish. Could someone use Photoshop or anything to make the yellow-ish part of the shirt white? Maybe, if it's not too much to ask, someone could make it so the black on my shirt is completely black? (It looks a but grey-ish)

I don't know if this will work though, because it might just make it look weird, so I heard there was a thing in Photoshop to un-blur pictures. If somebody could do that, that would be GREAT!
