Just wondering if someone could maybe post some ideas or something. Currently getting horrible CTR. We're talking sometimes 0.0% and usually never above 0.2%.

maybe...there are things you can do...for example...where are your ads located? Most people read from top to bottom, left to right...so having ads near the top left may help out. Also, do they blend in with the site or not? Some people say ads that look more like links (that are blended into your site) will give you a higher ctr, while others say the colors need to be totally opposite (red on black for example)...hope that helps.

d16 is right and the real point being, there is no standard. try anything, test anything, track everything. the day you stop testing and tracking is the day you start losing money. i learned that lesson when i tested a change on one of my sites and my revenue jumped 35% and i asked myself, "what the hell were you doing the last 6 months"? now i test something new every day.

Low CTR is simply unavoidable AFAIK with YPN. The ads aren't targeted at all. Why would someone who goes to your site click on mortgage ads or ads for some car dealership in Louisiana? That is, unless your sites are about mortgate or car dealerships in Louisiana.

    I agree.
There's no way to have high CTR with YPN, especially if you have a website with a large amount of returning visitors: they will always see the same (unrelated) ads over and over.
Ypn also says they discard about 12 to 16% clicks as invalid. I belive (with all errors that every click-tracker has) they are pretty much above 30% of discarded clicks.
The positive note: It can't be any worse LOL, hope the improvements will show up fast.
