Could someone explain the "Ad review Center" to me please?

I don't get it, I never see any of the ads that end up on the site in there?

I'm having a real hard time regulating what ads are showing up on our green social network, which we're trying to have only "Green" ads on.

Any help would be much appreciated

You can deny ads in the ad review center but only placement targeted ads show up there. Those are advertisers that choose your site specifically and don't just show up based on keyword. Unfortunately there's no way to view/block all of the ads that show up on your site.
