The logo looks nice but I think it's a bit too big, and you have a gradient/drop-shadow at the bottom that looks out of place. Good job, though.

 

I agree logo is to big.. reduce it 50%, increase the font size of the site.
The buttons/links need to look a lot more finished.

The logo is a little loud, large and bright it takes too much for my eyes to adjust from the logo to the rest of the site. I would probably look better if you turn down the opacity or put a dim filter on the globe and make it a bit smaller.

I like the colors, the font size is a too small and gradient bar on the bottom looks bad like it is a like a repeating background problem or something.

But all in all it looks good looks like after some tweaking and adjusting it will be clean and professional looking. Nice job

I have to agree with Resto on the points they made. Also, on your "Contact Us" page there is nothing but an e-mail link. You really need to put in Real contact information (i.e company address, phone number). I think the concept is great but you also need to put some work in on your SEO.

I like it. It looks professional. The clocks are a nice touch. The color scheme works.

 

One point, you use the company too often in your copy.. "G.E.M. Relocations" is so long that it really gets irksome in a hurry. You might try using either "G.E.M." or "Relocations" after the first time.
