Could some one list the best Cost Per Click networks

    Hi,

    I am currently trying to drive traffic to my website and am looking for the best CPC advertising networks. I found 1800banners to be a great solution are there any others out there. I wish to advertise in the USA, Australia, and the UK.

    Also could you give some indication of the cost of these networks vs the expected traffic.
