Add ServerName nameofserver to your apache configuration file, should fix it.

First have your VPS provider to set a hostname for you from the host server as setting a hostname from within the VPS will reset it back after a reboot.
If you own a domain name, ask your provider to set a hostname such as server.yourdomainname.
If you do not own a domain, have your VPS provider set any random hostname for your VPS.

Apache2 will pick it up during the installation AND if you have already installed, you can edit the Apache configuration and change the hostname.

BTW, you can manually set the hostname on your VPS by editing the following files:

Edit /etc/hosts and set the entry as follows:

    Edit /etc/sysconfig/network and set
