Could I use AdSense for an Events Calendar?

    Hi!

    I am new to AdSense, I've just created my account, I never used it yet. I have a website that is basically an events calendar where people upload theirs announcements. The calendar has many events, so I have lot of content, but since the same event repeats for more days, sometimes for a week or so, I was wondering if I could be penalised for duplicate content if I start using AdSense?! :confused: The website is made in Joomla and the duplicate content is generated automatically. Can someone give me an advice?

    if there are lot of contents, a few duplicate events will not put you in trouble.

    Thank you for your advice. I was doing some search around but I don't find much info on this topic. By contrary, I have found a case when Googlebot indexed empty pages of the calendar (my calendar is listing pages out until the year 2013) which resulted in penalty. I guess I have to learn how to optimize the calendar component in a way...
