Could I get sued?

So there is a company that I feel ripped me off. If I was to write a bad review about the company and talked crap about them on my blog, could they sue me?
If I included the companies name?
Is there anything I should do to protect myself like adding something in my Terms of use that states that the info on my sites is My opinion or something like that?

    Thanks in advance.

One negative review on a website isn't reason for someone to sue you. If you make up false information though that would be a different story. If you just tell the truth I don't see why they would.

Yeah unless your blog is super popular, and you're spreading false information, I'd see that as a good reason to sue, or atleast contact you and ask you to take it down. Otherwise I think it's apart of your right to free speech.

For example, many sites, and TV shows out there have exposed things about, for example, Amway. People deserve the truth.

You can ALWAYS be sued. Whether they can win or not is a different matter. IN most countries, AFAIK, the truth is an absolute defence against slander and libel charges. You should consult a lawyer about this.

If you really feel pissed off at that company for the loss that they've caused you can run a social media campaign online under different IDs and using proxies etc, but you must have a strong reason of doing all this or you may have pangs of conscious, you know.

A customer/consumer has the right to give his/her opinion on a certain product whether it is a positive or negative review. You are entitled to it. However, if such negative review is a falsehood and actually has nothing to do with the service they offered to you, that can be libelous. Therefore, you have to be careful with your words too.
