Could I embed this into a WP theme?

    I'm looking to get this theme: http://premiumthemes.net/demo/restaurant/

    Which the $60 version does not include the original PSD file.

    I will be needing to embed a flash object in the home page, but need to know if this can still be done without the psd file.

    Also would any colors or background be changeable either?

    I really don't have the funds to pay for the $160 or w/e it is 'developer' edition.

    Yes, both things can be done without the psd file.

    Yea, you don't need the psd files. Just the html. The psd is just another way for you to make changes. Editing the HTML is easier.
