I always wonder who will be next and come up with some brilliant idea to get into the spotlights. Man don't these people have any other things to do.
Sometimes we Canadians get in the Molson Canadian a little too heavy and crazy things happen. I don't see it going anywhere.... Where will we search for hockey?
I have read about the lawsuit against archive.org and it seems to be pretty serious. It just wonders me where will this end. Guess when big bucks are earned they all want a little piece of the pie.
Making "information-location tools" illegal... What's next, owning a fork and knife will become illegal too because you could possibly kill someone with those two? It's been said before and i'll say it again: Only in Canada!
Well... as a Canadian I'm not sure I'd agree that stupid laws, or attempts at them are only here but hey... not feeling like discussing politics here In any case, It sounds a tad broad to pass through, that would make the phone book, yellow pages, 411, the library, and perhaps even road maps illegal since you can use all of them to locate information... hey, let's throw books in there too! I'll have to see if I can locate more information on this Lisa
With a little search.. found this... http://www.robcottingham.ca/roblog/20050621/bill-c-60-drop-your-mp3s-and-back-away-with-your-hands-over-your-head/ not quite making google illegal though. Lisa sorry... don't have enough posts to post a real link yet
That is correct, that is indeed illegal in China. If your knife is longer than 7 cm, it will become illegal to carry it.
