    You don't have to have a site with traffic. Your site is the key. It tells them who your are, what you look like and how would you benefit both, you and them. If you just have a turnkey site with full of adsense ads and zango, they'll be no way accepting you. But with your own personal blog or some sort of niche sites (landing page) there's be a chance.

    IDK your situation, just my experiences.
